Management Analyst – Transportation

Under general supervision or direction, manages federal, state, and local funds related to transportation programs, projects, and studies and ensures that funding requirements are properly executed to meet funding requirements; oversees and coordinates CVAG managed projects, studies, programs with other CVAG staff and staff from local governments and regional transit agencies; researches, identifies, and applies for grants and manages post award funding; may serve as project engineer including planning, design, programming of funds, project delivery, and reporting; and performs related duties as assigned.

Program Manager – Transportation

Under general supervision of the Director of the Transportation Department, assists in coordinating transportation project planning and delivery activities required to administer the Coachella Valley Transportation Program.

Program Specialist – Transportation Fee & Compliance

Under direct to general supervision, provides support for development impact fee and transportation programs by assisting in fee collection and permit verification, as well as related duties to support the management of federal, state, and local funds related to transportation programs, projects, and studies including preparing payment and reimbursements requests for regional transportation projects; coordinates assigned activities with other departments and member agencies; and performs related duties as assigned.

Management Analyst I/II – Energy Regulations and Compliance

Under general supervision or direction, performs analysis and coordinates implementation of energy programs related to, but not limited to, energy efficiency, energy procurement, Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) and renewable/carbon free energy planning; tracks and completes compliance filings; researches and compiles relevant information as needed related to regulatory/legislative changes as well as current and future market conditions; researches, identifies, and applies for funding opportunities; establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with member agencies, the community, industry partners, and regulatory agencies; and performs related duties as assigned.
