Program Manager - Accounting / Finance
Under general direction, this full-time Program Manager role plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and manages the staff and operations of the accounting and finance programs. The Program Manager also prepares monthly and annual financial reports and schedules; compiles annual program and agency budgets; manages revenues and expenditures and receivables and payables; supervises the reconciliation of accounts and records and the posting of revenues and expenditures; and performs related duties as assigned.

Management Analyst I - Finance
In this full-time finance position, the Management Analyst performs professional accounting work, including auditing, analyzing, preparing, and verifying fiscal records and reports, processing bills and invoices, and providing information on accounting and treasury practices and procedures to CVAG management and staff. Under general supervision, the Management Analyst also prepares and reconciles year-end audit and budget schedules; coordinates assigned programs, projects, and services with other departments, divisions, and outside agencies; and performs related duties as assigned.
