Recommendation Approve Resolution 19-010 adopting the FY19/20 Annual Budget

B. Acquisition of 4 Parcels Totaling Approximately 28.86 Acres in the Thousand Palms Conservation Area - Jim Karpiak, Coachella Valley Mountains Conservancy
Recommendation: Approve Resolution 19-012 authorizing acquisition of 4 parcels totaling approximately 28.86 acres in the Thousand Palms Conservation Area at a cost not to exceed $109,000, plus closing costs not to exceed $2,000

RecommendationApprove Resolution 19-013 authorizing acquisition of 2 parcels totaling approximately 23.7 acres in the Willow Hole Conservation Area at a cost not to exceed $71,000 plus closing costs not to exceed $2,000; and authorize the Executive Director to execute all necessary contracts and take such other actions as necessary fro the acquisition

Recommendation: Approve a contract with the University of California Riverside Center for Conservation Biology to implement biological monitoriing for the period of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 at a cost not to exceed $288,444

Recommendation: Approve preparation and execution of a Cooperative Management Agreement with North Shore Ranch LLC for restoration ad maintenance of approximately 144.51 acres of existing conservation lands in the Coachella Valley Stormwater and Delta Conservation Area at a cost not to exceed $127,500; and authorize the Executive Director to negotiate, finalize, and execute the agreement, conditional on grant funding being available for the project
