Election of FY 2016/17 Chair and Vice Chair - Tom Kirk
RecommendationNominate and elect a chair and Vice Chair for Fiscal Year 2016/2017.
RecommendationAppoint a City Manager to serve as CVAG's representative to the Riverside County Emergency Medical Care Committee (EMCC).

RecommendationApprove a Reimbursement Agreement between CVAG and the County of Riverside for the North Indian Canyon Drive Widening Project in the amount not to exceed $3 million and authorize the Executive Director to enter into Sub-Agreements with the City of Desert Hot Springs, City of Palm Springs and County of Riverside as necessary.
Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Reimbursement Agreement with the City of Indio to Prepare the Jackson Street/ Interstate 10 Interchange Project, Interchange Preparation Fund Project Study Report (PSR) adding an additional sum of $1.8 million as 75% of eligible costs to fund the Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA & ED) Phase for the Jackson Street/ Interstate 10 Interchange Project.
Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Reimbursement Agreement with the City of Indio to Prepare the Monroe Street/ Interstate 10 Interchange Project, Interchange Preparation Fund Project Study Report (PSR) adding an additional sum of $1.9 million as 75% of eligible costs to fund the Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA & ED) Phase for the Monroe Street/ Interstate 10 Interchange Project.
Recommendation: Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Reimbursement Agreement with the City of Palm Springs to provide CVAG Regional Funds for the Vista Chino Drive Bridge Project at a not-to-exceed amount of $8,172,375.
Recommendation: 
1)
Continue allowing new PACE providers, once vetted by CVAG, to enter into agreements with CVAG to implement their programs on a regional scale.  
2)
Approve agreements between CVAG and Energy Efficiency Equity Inc, BlueFlame Energy Finance LLC, and Structured Finance Associates LLC as providers in CVAG's regional PACE program.  
3)
Authorize the Executive Director and/or CVAG legal counsel to make minor changes/revisions to the agreement(s) as needed for clarification purposes.
